Key responsibilities & impact

Leads play an essential role in the delivery of client services at Argano.
As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you deliver high quality solutions to address our clients’ most pressing business challenges.
Collaborate with colleagues from across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit.
Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments, evaluate results, and make recommendations.
Design, develop, mobilize and manage effective tactical change networks within the client environment.
Develop communications materials based on the strategy and tactical plans specific to client transformation aspirations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering on Change Management teams.
Experience (3-5 years) in a professional services/consulting organization environment.
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred.
Strong collaboration and team player.
Impactful and professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to be self-directed and prioritize work to develop key deliverables.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
