Key responsibilities & impact

Spearhead the strategic alignment of SAP project goals with Argano's overarching strategic vision.
Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as the principal advisor on SAP solutions.
Drive the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP solutions, identifying new opportunities.
Serve as Argano's SAP solutions thought leader, keeping abreast of industry trends.
Collaborate with Digital Enterprise Architects to develop and execute digital strategies.
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless execution of SAP projects.
Manage multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects from inception to successful delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of the SAP program.
Navigate project scope, schedule, and resource changes, ensuring they are judiciously assessed and approved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
At least 8+ years of project / program management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex full life cycle SAP projects.
Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA and hands-on application of the SAP Activate methodology across end-to-end implementations.
Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects.
A self-starter, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and adept at multitasking.
Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
