Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end configuration and implementation of Xactly Incent
Customize Compensation Rules to reflect complex commission structures
Configure and manage participant hierarchies, team structures, and territory assignments
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the system
Develop and configure Xactly Analytics dashboards and custom reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a software development or systems analyst role
Must be comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model, writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1-2 years of experience implementing Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics.
