About the role
- Own GTM requirements by gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for actionable GTM insights and AI automation, including processes, reporting, agentic, and ongoing systems enhancements.
- Design, maintain and utilize executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for GTM optimized performance including pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, forecasting inputs, and GTM productivity.
- Establish GTM data standards, definitions, and governance to improve Salesforce hygiene, accuracy, and usability.
- Map current-state GTM workflows (lead to opportunity to quote to booking to delivery handoff) and define future-state improvements.
- Partner with Sales Performance Mgmt plus Salesforce RevOps, administrators, and delivery teams on configuration, enablement, and release communications.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and produce clear documentation and leadership-ready summaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue/Growth Operations, or Business Analysis within B2B SaaS and/or technology services or consulting environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with adjacent GTM systems such as CPQ/CLM, marketing automation (Hubspot), Outreach.io, forecasting, and BI tools.
- Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operational reporting for GTM leadership with recommendations and actions.
- Strong requirements documentation, process mapping, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and executive audiences.
