About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, conversations, and workshops to identify client training requirements.
- Lead client engagements regarding any Argano-led training for the project, managing relationships and setting expectations.
- Support and deliver software training programs.
- Be able to be flexible and modify training plans as required.
- Develop custom software training materials then train client trainers or users with the materials we have created.
- Close work and knowledge transfer with functional and technical consultants on the project to understand the customizations that have been made.
- Conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness.
- Help develop and execute the overall training strategy for Argano.
- Mentor training consultants and lead by example.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation in training methodologies and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, expected.
- MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in training or related roles:
- Proven success in developing and implementing software training methodologies & strategies.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and instructional accessibility.
- Delivering training content related to SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
- Leading teams and directing group efforts toward common goals & shared objectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Leading and managing client relationships.
- Providing user training through the WalkMe digital adoption platform.
- Leading, assisting or supporting large-scale deployments of software solutions from a training or instructional design perspective.
