About the role
- Support and deliver software training programs.
- Develop custom training materials then train client trainers or users with the materials we have created.
- Close work and knowledge transfer with functional and technical consultants on the project to understand the customizations that have been made.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Training Consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design or a related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training or related roles.
- Experience using the WalkMe digital adoption platform to develop and manage SAP training materials.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
- Technical aptitude and knowledge.
- Patient presentation skills for software training.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, primarily to help with alignment of OCM to deployment phases is highly preferred.
