About the role
- Maintain thorough understanding of current and planned applications, tools and technologies related to the Argano Oracle Business Unit supported platforms and tools
- Lead Project solution design through implementations, overseeing critical milestones
- Complete RFP responses
- Complete Proposals
- Work with the sales team to drive sales cycles to completion
- Promptly communicating, engaging, and acting appropriately to remedy client satisfaction issues occurring before, during and after an engagement, escalating to PMO and Industry, as necessary
- Utilizing entrepreneurial skills to network and building strong relationships internally and externally with clients, Oracle Solution Engineers, and the Oracle Cloud community, in general
- Meeting with client to advocate for process improvements to their existing business processes. Lead strategic business process transformation sessions and conversations to identify opportunities for improvement related to people, process, and/or technology
- Lead design meetings with clients to identify their business process requirements and technical needs to determine proper solution for implementation
- Architect the overall proposed solution and implementation strategy
- Perform quality control on estimates and Statements of Work related to scope, project drivers, assumptions, complimentary and competing initiatives, and critical path items
- Participate in defining and delivering project proposals and estimates, statements of work and implementation strategies.
- Communicate product information and provide guidance to clients and coworkers on issues, tools and techniques, enhancements, changes in processes and related information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred
- Validated ability to support sales as an SCM Subject Matter Expert
- Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters
- Ability to understand fundamental Oracle SCM Cloud system design and purpose
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies and knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams
- Ability to engage effectively at senior levels within organizations
- Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases
- Willing to travel, as necessary
- Oracle certified preferred.
