Corporate HR Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead HR Strategy and shape company culture
- Partner with HR team to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business goals and people strategies
- Oversee full employee lifecycle for corporate roles
- Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and integrity
- Support immigration processes in partnership with legal counsel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a corporate or multi-location environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with large HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with the confidence to influence at all levels.
