About the role
- Responsible for adding, editing, and updating all personnel information for team members’ data in our HRIS/HR tools.
- Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including agreements and official employment letters, policies, etc.
- Execute the offboarding checklist, coordinating with IT and other departments.
- Assist the new hires with logistics and welcoming activities.
- Initiate and track all required background checks using platforms following the jurisdiction of each country and state
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling of all interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal interview teams.
- Conduct initial screening of received applications.
- Update email templates, interview guides, and scorecard templates. Manage user access and system configuration.
- Perform initial candidate sourcing and outreach.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prefers 1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong, professional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
