Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met
Service and maintain physical locations or sites to client specifications
Lead operations of facility accounts and ensure objectives and client expectations are met
Own operational management and financial performance of the unit
Coach, reward, recognize, and develop employees
Identify and engage top talent
Plan and lead team management meetings
Ensure safety and sanitation standards across operations
Establish and maintain client and customer relationships
Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
Model WEST as the foundation for excellent customer service
Facilitate and support new business and retention activities
Develop facilities, custodial, energy, grounds, or maintenance programs to meet client demands
Build revenue and manage budgets, including labor, supply, and inventory cost controls
Complete and maintain departmental financial statements
Deliver client and company financial targets
Use Aramark processes and systems and eliminate custom/manual reports
Analyze performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends to improve margins
Implement and maintain labor and total quality management requirements
Create value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
Apply Aramark operating standards and processes, with focus on sustainability, energy consumption, and labor productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services
Up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to model key leadership behaviors
Commitment to the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence
