About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, receiving, customer service, staffing, and point of sale activity
  • Oversee the assigned retail location and ensure it operates efficiently and professionally
  • Create a positive guest and resident experience by maintaining the store well-stocked, organized, clean, and service-focused
  • Be responsible for store presentation, product availability, inventory control, purchasing needs, team training, guest service, and financial accountability
  • Help ensure the store is stocked, organized, welcoming, and operated with strong service and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Requires 2 to 4 years of retail, store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, or related experience
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, hospitality, operations, or another related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and retail transaction processes
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model
  • Ability to lead, train, coach, and support retail team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment
  • Ability to support financial controls, inventory accuracy, store presentation, service standards, and operational accountability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and support a physically active retail operation.
