About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, receiving, customer service, staffing, and point of sale activity
Oversee the assigned retail location and ensure it operates efficiently and professionally
Create a positive guest and resident experience by maintaining the store well-stocked, organized, clean, and service-focused
Be responsible for store presentation, product availability, inventory control, purchasing needs, team training, guest service, and financial accountability
Help ensure the store is stocked, organized, welcoming, and operated with strong service and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years of age or older
Requires 2 to 4 years of retail, store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, or related experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, hospitality, operations, or another related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with point of sale systems and retail transaction processes
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model
Ability to lead, train, coach, and support retail team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment
Ability to support financial controls, inventory accuracy, store presentation, service standards, and operational accountability
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and support a physically active retail operation.
