About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery.
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas.
- Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services.
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work.
- Perform daily paperwork.
- Keeps diligent records as required.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential, full training provided.
- Must be 18+.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required).
- Food hygiene certificate - Level 2 desirable.
- Relevant training will be provided.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
