About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide broad clerical and administrative support across multiple teams and leadership levels
  • Manage and maintain a variety of operational trackers, records, and dashboards, keeping information current and accessible
  • Support expense reporting and invoicing workflows from collection through submission, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Coordinate virtual scheduling, meetings, and logistics — including preparation, note-taking, and follow-up across time zones
  • Support travel logistics and coordination when needed, including room block management and event-related arrangements
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of leadership
  • Maintain and audit distribution lists and organizational records in alignment with HR and leadership updates
  • Monitor recurring reporting cycles and ensure consistent follow-through across multiple teams
  • Perform data entry and analytical tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Operate standard digital tools and software to support daily remote operations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and escalate issues to the appropriate level when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general digital literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Shows initiative, follows established procedures, and demonstrates integrity
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Professional etiquette and the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and the broader community.
