About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
- Ensure seamless execution of guest services in a dynamic environment with extreme weather, seasonal fluctuations, and high visitation.
- Serve as the primary onsite leader ensuring alignment with client priorities, contract requirements, and community expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including City of Colorado Springs, tourism partners, and mountain operations teams.
- Build, develop, and lead a diverse management team capable of operating in a remote, high altitude environment.
- Champion a culture of safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and financial controls for all Pikes Peak operations.
- Interpret and execute concession contract requirements, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Ensures compliance with Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Aramark's Business Conduct Policy at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Facilities, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or multi unit operations; mountain or remote site experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead through managers and large seasonal teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi million dollar budgets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast changing, weather impacted environment.
- Experience with product sales strategies, retail optimization, and operational program implementation.
