About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as primary HR business partner for multiple districts of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- Coach and advise leaders on people strategy
- Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services
- Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, onboard, develop, and retain talent
- Support Aramark growth, acquisitions, and retention efforts
- Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures
- Lead HR teams in assigned districts and regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist
- Strong organization capability/organization development
- Change management and talent management experience
- HR technology and analytics experience
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale teams in multiple geographies
- Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with senior-level leadership
