About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer for Workplace Experience Group, responsible for leading a team of business development professionals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies focused on growing Workplace Hospitality business.
  • Collaborating with varying levels of clients, sales leaders, and regional operational leaders on initiatives related to business opportunities.
  • Driving a winning sales and growth culture within the team through coaching and performance management strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • A minimum of 15+ years of B2B sales experience in a services business.
  • Prior experience required in managing a team of sellers
  • Experience in the corporate dining industry preferred.
  • Strong and dynamic presentation skills; persuasive communication with C-level client contacts.
