About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the conference services team
- Responsible for operations management of conference needs
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure flawless execution of events
- Manage Event Order for conference and relay details to necessary departments
- Monitor Event Orders daily to ensure information is up to date and accurate
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 3-5 years conference planning or related experience
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and event management systems
- Knowledge of CVENT, WebEx, MS Teams, and various virtual meetings preferred
- Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services
