About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in leading the implementation and ongoing support of IN2WORK and additional Retail and Workforce Development Programs
- Orient and support new program instructors
- Track and report program progress
- Provide operational and programmatic support for food service, warehouse, commissary, and retail operations
- Partner with operations to implement and align programs
- Facilitate orientation and training for instructors
- Support program sustainability and expansion
- Partner with program support teams for updates and performance metrics
- Deliver training sessions
- Manage program materials and training inventory
- Maintain databases of program participants and graduates
- Collaborate with community partners and employers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage people and drive results
- Committed, results-driven leader
- Strong communication skills: oral and written
- Sound judgment with confidential information
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Independent and effective in team settings
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proven track record of managing initiatives and strategies
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
