About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in leading the implementation and ongoing support of IN2WORK and additional Retail and Workforce Development Programs
  • Orient and support new program instructors
  • Track and report program progress
  • Provide operational and programmatic support for food service, warehouse, commissary, and retail operations
  • Partner with operations to implement and align programs
  • Facilitate orientation and training for instructors
  • Support program sustainability and expansion
  • Partner with program support teams for updates and performance metrics
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Manage program materials and training inventory
  • Maintain databases of program participants and graduates
  • Collaborate with community partners and employers

Requirements
