About the role
- Coordinate store operations and support utility workers and cashiers
- Assign daily work tasks to Sales Associates and General Utility Workers
- Serve as an example for staff, delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in the store
- Keep inventory stocked and place orders from vendors
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Lead nightly close-out and balance cash with daily sales
- Assist management in scheduling employees as per labor budgets
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Mathematical skills for sales reports and audits
- Must be of legal age to work with alcohol
- Responsible alcohol training and certification where applicable
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written
- Computer literate in MS Office programs
- Ability to operate equipment such as POS systems
