About the role
- Develop original B2B marketing content including articles, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns that communicate brand value and industry leadership.
- Identify compelling stories across the organization by gathering insights from internal teams, partners, and subject matter experts.
- Translate business initiatives, partnerships, and client successes into clear, engaging narratives tailored for different audiences.
- Create and manage content calendars for digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Write and publish social media content that strengthens brand visibility and supports broader marketing campaigns.
- Utilize publishing platforms and social media management tools to schedule, distribute, and optimize content across channels.
- Develop and deploy email communications using email marketing platforms, ensuring messaging, formatting, and audience targeting are aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage blog and website content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for digital audiences.
- Adapt messaging and tone of voice to suit different brands, audiences, and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business development teams to support campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple brands and channels.
- Work with creative and design teams to develop supporting visual content that enhances storytelling and engagement.
- Review performance data and analytics across social media, email, and digital platforms to assess content effectiveness.
- Translate insights and engagement metrics into recommendations that refine messaging, improve content performance, and strengthen overall marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or editorial roles within a B2B organization.
- Demonstrated experience developing original content including articles, blog posts, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong storytelling ability with experience identifying the narrative “hook” and translating complex topics into compelling content.
- Experience managing and publishing content across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice and messaging for different brands, audiences, and communication channels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands is a plus.
- Experience with marketing and publishing tools such as social media management platforms, CMS tools, Canva, and email marketing platforms preferred.
