About the role
- Collaborate with our team to update key equipment pieces on campus, including TV’s, Computers, & Registers
- Provide first-level technical support, including hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Assist the IT/Marketing team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the planning and promotion of marketing events to boost our online presence and engagement
- Be open and available on campus to fix issues as they show up
Requirements
- Must be a current EKU Student living on campus or in Richmond
- Experience in IT work is crucial- bonus points for experience in hardware installation & repair
- IT, Marketing, or Business Majors are preferred
