About the role
- Develop and update presentation materials in PowerPoint and other platforms to support sales and operations with clear, on brand program content and messaging.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, email communications, and campaign support.
- Support social media efforts by gathering assets, drafting posts, coordinating approvals, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
- Support the coordination and execution of quarterly promotional materials, including gathering vendor assets, gaining approvals, and managing timelines.
- Design and deploy marketing materials for digital and print use, including playbooks, menus, planograms, signage, uniforms, and other marcom.
- Maintain organization and governance of marketing assets, templates, and shared resources.
- Support event logistics and communications for meetings, conferences, and field events.
- Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of promotions and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Food service and/or services marketing experience desirable
- Experience in creative software, like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others a plus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint
- Technically capable and comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or business-related field.
