About the role
- Cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction.
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team.
- Oversees the completion of tasks assigned to the custodial team and ensures quality of work is satisfactory.
- Partners with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of custodial team.
- Participates in training of new employees and re-training of employees, as needed.
- Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter free work environment.
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensures security of company assets and facility.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Previous custodial experience.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures.
- Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
- This role may require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
