💰 $95,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Partners with Operations Teams in developing financial analysis and reporting
- Provides guidance to front-line management team while training, coaching, developing and mentoring operations managers
- Oversees compliance with contract results and participates in contract performance reviews
- Coordinates month-end close process and variance analysis
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience with progressive analytical responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting
- MBA or coursework toward an MBA preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
- Strong excel skills
