About the role

  • Partner with Finance and Operation leadership to guide strategic financial direction
  • Responsible for financial planning, annual forecasts, and historical financial analysis
  • Preparation of quarterly reports and Operating Review documents
  • Supports strategic planning process and coordinates annual plan preparation
  • Analyzes monthly and quarterly financial results against benchmarks
  • Prepares and reviews financial projections and quarterly reports
  • Reviews financial perspectives of internal initiatives
  • Develops financial models for proposed projects
  • Directs special purpose analysis as needed
  • Liaison with Corporate and Regional Finance teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience
  • Demonstrated experience at the Director level in a finance or accounting capacity
  • Prior experience leading and developing a staff
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance
  • CPA or MBA strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively use influence strategies to impact others without formal authority
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
