About the role
- Responsible for floor maintenance and restoration in assigned location(s).
- Operate industrial floor care equipment as assigned.
- Use proper procedures on hard floor care and carpet/upholstering.
- Process all municipal solid waste (MSW), including infectious and pharmaceutical waste.
- Disinfect receptacles and carts as needed.
- Follow all safety standards and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment and use.
- Ability to read and write for proper communication.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
