About the role
- maintain cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils
- maintain dishwashing station and three compartment sink cleaned
- ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
- report any issues to management
- perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests
Requirements
- understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- availability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
