About the role

  • Manage all aspects of offshore client accounts ensuring scope of work is delivered to the highest standards
  • Ensure financial, commercial, HSEQ and contractual obligations are achieved and maintained consistently
  • Act as a role model for subordinates displaying highest levels of personal and professional conduct at all times
  • Operate within the agreed budgetary conditions, ensuring the client’s objective is met
  • Establish and develop an acceptable level of communication with the client, providing written update reports and presentations
  • Conduct quarterly contract performance analysis, produce action plans for operational and commercial improvement
  • Organise and attend regular contract performance review meetings
  • Provide weekly operational updates to Director of Operations
  • Promote excellence in food service and hotel services, set expectations and ensure staff have performance goals and development plans in place
  • Manage compliance of HSEQ, driving positive culture and achieving a zero injury/incident rate

Requirements

  • Contract catering experience
  • Operating at management level in a similar organisation
  • Financial acumen and experience managing a P&L
  • IT literate and numerate; able to manage financials, report and forecast
  • Strong communicator who is able to build cross functional relationships
