About the role

  • Oversee and manage operations by providing culinary support and development
  • Ensure quality, courteous service is provided to all customers
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Responsible for inventory controls, food, labor, direct costs, and monitoring revenues
  • Assist in staff training, onboarding and scheduling - manage output
  • Oversee the requisition and purchase of all food products
  • Menu development and planning
  • Preparation of budgets and maintaining food costs and other records

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years culinary experience, management experience is required
  • Red Seal certified is preferred; culinary education is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the customer, colleagues and management
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
