About the role
- Oversee and manage operations by providing culinary support and development
- Ensure quality, courteous service is provided to all customers
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Responsible for inventory controls, food, labor, direct costs, and monitoring revenues
- Assist in staff training, onboarding and scheduling - manage output
- Oversee the requisition and purchase of all food products
- Menu development and planning
- Preparation of budgets and maintaining food costs and other records
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years culinary experience, management experience is required
- Red Seal certified is preferred; culinary education is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required
- The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the customer, colleagues and management
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
