About the role
- Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Partners
- Set sourcing strategies and priorities across multiple lines of business

Requirements
- 5–7+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting
- Preferred 2+ years leading sourcers or managing sourcing programs
- Experience guiding sourcing strategies across multiple business units
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing technologies
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
