About the role
- Plan, manage, and guide contracted services for clients generating $2-15M+ in revenue
- Lead a team to provide excellent service
- Manage client and community relationships
- Develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
- Propose methods and resources for service improvement and growth
- Assist in budget management to optimize financial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards of operation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and strong business growth
- Savvy interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Comfortable with reading and implementing contractual requirements
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
