About the role

  • Management of Aramark-operated catering facilities
  • Culinary and business management, including team leadership
  • Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
  • Planning, coordination and execution of events
  • Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
  • Responsibility for compliance with food safety laws and internal standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality
  • Additional qualification as a certified hotel business administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or master craftsman is an advantage
  • Financial/business acumen
  • Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal competence
