About the role
- Work at our distribution center F³ in Kaiserslautern
- Coordinate and organize all ongoing projects and administrative tasks
- Serve as the contact person for the team and the on-site client
- Ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services
- Responsible for implementing business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as compliance with all processes
- Ensure smooth communication with teams, partners and clients
- Provide support to other locations within a 20 km radius
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and/or a degree in contract catering (Systemgastronomie)
- Professional experience in project management is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a pronounced customer and service orientation
- Independent, self-reliant working style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
