About the role
- Supervise entry-level employees and manage productivity and quality deliverables
- Allocate budget and administer resources for client satisfaction
- Train employees on safe use of equipment and chemicals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to safety concerns
- Conduct quality inspections and manage improvement initiatives
- Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions
- Review and approve timecards in the timekeeping system
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Highly proficient with MS word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ability to learn various software systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license
