About the role
- Assist customers with retail purchases
- Prepare coffee beverages and scoop ice cream
- Ensure a memorable experience for visitors
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Stock shelves and inventory products
- Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Scoop and serve ice cream

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, coffee preparation, or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the POS system
- Willingness to learn about the local area and share knowledge with guests
