About the role

  • Lead and manage our F3 distribution center in Kaiserslautern
  • Oversee culinary and business operations and lead the team
  • Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and customers
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events
  • Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
  • Responsible for compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy
  • Additional qualification as a certified hotel business administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or master craftsman (Meister) is a plus
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Several years of leadership experience and familiarity with administrative operations management
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal competence
