About the role
- Analyze and document business requirements and application objectives
- Monitor internal and external user feedback to ensure enhancements and fixes meet desired functionality
- Execute test cases and triage reported defects
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and provide sign-off on requirements
- Coordinate with development teams on priorities and assignments
- Manage production support efforts and communicate results with customers
- Update and maintain enhancement/defect tracking tool and create customer release notes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong customer relations management skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Agile practices
- Experience in application testing and test automation solutions
- High-level understanding of architecture and databases, proficiency in SQL query preferred
- Able to conduct meetings, user training, demos, and speak in front of an audience
