About the role
- Manage all facets of the account including retail sales, finance, human resources, and dining operations
- Drive retail and catering sales growth and profitability
- Develop short- and long-term operational strategies in partnership with client and Aramark senior team members
- Create a culture of culinary excellence and customer service
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices
- Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent
- Bachelor’s degree is generally required; advanced degree is preferred
