About the role
- supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services
- leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members
- ensure individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- plans and leads daily team briefings
- ensure safety standards in all operations
- directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent
- makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team
- responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in maintenance
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently
- the ability to multi-task is a must
