About the role
- Plans, coordinates and directs all custodial activities
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with departments
- Analyzes financial reports for facility operations
- Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for staffing, development and training of personnel
- Participates in operational component forecasts
- Uses Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS) to manage the operation
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of progressive management in custodial services
- Management experience in a diverse environment
- Custodial experience in a related industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate and lead capital projects
- Strong financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting and computer skills
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, communication and team building skills
- Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
