About the role
- Work with the Front of House Manager
- Lead your team to ensure great customer service
- Assist with stock control and ordering, staff rotas and shift patterns
- Ensure cleaning schedules are in place
- Operate the till and cash handling
- Make drinks and serve food
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Demonstrate understanding of the menu items
Requirements
- Experience as a team player
- Experience of Supervisor or above in a catering environment
