About the role
- Develop and execute dining solutions to meet customer needs
- Oversee dining operations and manage prepared food ordering
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Build revenue and manage budget including cost controls
- Ensure completion of P&L statements
- Manage resources for quality and cost control
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience
- 1-3 years in a management role
- Previous experience in food service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop client and customer rapport
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
