About the role

  • Develop and execute dining solutions to meet customer needs
  • Oversee dining operations and manage prepared food ordering
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Build revenue and manage budget including cost controls
  • Ensure completion of P&L statements
  • Manage resources for quality and cost control

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • 1-3 years in a management role
  • Previous experience in food service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop client and customer rapport
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
