About the role
- Management of the gastronomic facilities operated by Aramark
- Culinary and business management as well as team leadership
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration (including accounting and operational billing)
- Responsibility for compliance with food safety laws and internal standards
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook/chef
- Additional qualification as a Hotel Business Manager (Hotelbetriebswirt) or Meister (master craftsman) is an advantage
- Good understanding of business and financial figures
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities
