About the role

  • Support the delivery of Professional Services offerings to customers
  • Create Revit Architectural (Level 50) floor plans and space inventory
  • Use a 3D Lidar Camera to develop floor plans
  • Install QR Codes on Facilities Assets
  • Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to develop grounds maps and inventory
  • Implement and install AIWX (IoT) sensors for facilities management
  • Responsible for quality assurance and control
  • Work out of Aramark Head Quarters in Philadelphia
  • Report to the Aramark Facilities Center of Excellence (FCOE) Project Manager
  • Schedule projects and communicate with customers and managers
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Assess customer needs and coordinate successful implementations with Aramark Mobilization Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance with knowledge of identifying maintainable equipment
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams, consistently delivering high-quality results with established timelines
  • Prior experience working with technologies to develop floor plans and space information
  • Understanding of Facilities Assets (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge in Digital Twin, GIS, and Revit/CAD Software
  • Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral
  • Exceptional judgment, integrity, and discretion, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, and delivery tactically
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in working with diverse groups of individuals and building partnerships
  • Ability to walk, stand, use stairs and lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs frequently
