About the role

  • The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the Market Center’s product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products through the execution of standard operational policies and procedures.
  • Manages the warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and performance management.
  • Achieves financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information.
  • Provides and supports safety leadership in the Market Center.

Requirements

  • Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations.
  • Must have prior experience with direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
