About the role
- Work in an Aramark-operated foodservice facility
- Lead the team, including preparing staff schedules
- Coordinate service and events teams
- Point of contact for external stakeholders
- Provide service and guest care with a hands-on mentality
- Budget planning and preparation of quotations
- Prepare and execute events
- Post-event billing and settlement
- Supplier management and procurement/orders
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy, hospitality, or event management
- Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector
- Leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or events
- Professional demeanour and strong hosting skills with a hands-on mentality
- High quality awareness and customer orientation
- Organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent German and good English skills
