About the role
- Ensuring the operational readiness and safety of all kitchen technology
- Ensuring maintenance and inspection intervals according to VDE, DGUV, DIN standards and VDMA
- Coordinating external contractors, tradespeople and service teams
- Providing technical support for construction measures and renovation projects
- Preparing and reviewing quotations, budgets and invoices
- Close collaboration with the client’s facility management and construction department as well as with our kitchen operations
Requirements
- Technical vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a technician, master craftsman or technical caretaker
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, building services engineering, TGA (technical building equipment) or technical facility management
- Knowledge in TGA, HKLS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary), electrical engineering or kitchen technology is a plus
- Experience coordinating external service providers
- Structured, independent and service-oriented working style
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Driver’s license (Class B)
