About the role

  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business objectives and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and apply thoughtful, impactful communication skills to drive action throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for recruiting management and leadership talent within Portfolio Group, providing strategic guidance and best practices while driving for results in a fast paced environment.
  • Strategically oversee a large portfolio of requisitions ensuring timely progress and alignment with business priorities.
  • Recruiting and evaluating internal and external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques.
  • Implement regional talent management strategy for existing vacancies and collaborate with HR Business Partner to identify talent gaps in succession planning for current business partners and prospective business partners.
  • Support new business through pipelining candidates for anticipated business.
  • Coaching and advising internal client groups (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Internal Talent Acquisition Team) to influence action and decision making.
  • Collaborating with Centralized Support Team to source, engage, and/or pipeline talent for current and future leadership opportunities with Portfolio Group.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency experience recruitment experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
  • Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • The ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling.
  • Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool.
  • Ability to travel when needed (about 20%).
