About the role
- Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units
- Execute the General Management program focusing on growth, cost, and productivity
- Lead financial commitments and drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Manage budget and build revenue while understanding P&L statements
- Lead team management meetings and ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience over 5-10 years with P&L responsibility
- Knowledge of management practices and business judgement
- Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
- Skills to understand and implement contractual requirements
- Established communication and teamwork skills
- Proven success in a repeatable business model
- Bachelor’s degree generally required; advanced degree preferred
