About the role

  • Lead Brand Activation: Develop and execute strategies to activate Joyride Coffee as Aramark’s flagship brand, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Drive Product Development: Oversee the creation and enhancement of Joyride’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Engage Sellers: Inspire and influence Aramark sellers across all lines of business to champion Joyride Coffee, providing tools, training, and support.
  • Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with strategic partners, driving value and brand expansion.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional partners (sales, marketing, supply chain, convenience retail, technology, finance, etc.) to deliver on Joyride’s vision.
  • Industry Leadership: Represent Joyride at industry events generating visibility and credibility for the brand.

Requirements

  • BA/BS is required for this position
  • MBA favorable
  • 10+ years experience in 3rd wave coffee brand management and product development
  • 10+ years general business management experience including P&L responsibility
  • 5+ years experience F&B or retail barista operations management
  • Detailed knowledge of cold brew, supply chain, and co-packer fulfillment models
